Sorry coz it has been a while since my last post.Exam already over...now it's d time to complete my thesis..such an hurdle when i can't find suitable equipment to do my lab work..suppose i have to deal with preparative liquid chromatography but since my department didn't purchase those equipment so i hav to do it manually using vertical hollow chromatography column..this equipment is particularly important in the separation of model solution tat i prepared..i hav to pack the stationary phase,tat is silica gel into the column before elute with mobile phase...waaa..i damnly need chromatography column for identification and quantification phase for my sample..already check with lab assistant but also can't find where's the chromatoghraphy column..hurm..methodological approach of mine already coincide with situation..seems like i have to make some reading on journal and patents to find another theoretical perspective.I also have to see my thesis's supervisor to get her opinion n advise.Hopefully i can settle down my lab work within this week..so many things to do..hav to integrate some ideas and carrying them out."Life goals, priorities, and values..only me myself can decide what i want out of life"
